Nicholas brings deep commercial experience across sales, supplier management, channel planning and go-to-market execution. He connects modern AI tools with the real-world operations they need to serve, simplifying complexity, improving decision-making, and building systems that support growth.
He has worked with major national and global brands including Telstra, Teradata, IBM, Verizon and TNT, spanning telecommunications, technology, logistics, retail, appliance distribution and premium home products. His background includes national account management, category development, and performance analysis.

AI Systems Builder & Automation Consultant
Nicolas designs and builds the AI systems, knowledge retrieval engines, and automation workflows that power 2XNC. His approach is hands-on and technical, but always grounded in commercial outcomes: what problem needs solving, what process needs improving, and what system will help the business move faster.
He has worked with major enterprise clients across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, including NAB, AGL Energy, Snowy Hydro, APA Group, Meridian Energy, NSW Audit Office, RACQ, AMP, Optus and Land Registry Services. His experience spans banking, government, energy, telecommunications, insurance and finance.
